Playing Puppets is a very special event created by Theatre Royal Brighton and H2oh! Education for The Family Arts Festival, the first UK-wide festival of eye boggling arts for all the family.

Playing Puppets Family Sessions
Spend a full morning or afternoon on stage and create your own puppet, learn how to animate it, meet puppeteers, try out different types of puppets, watch a show and follow our trail around the building to find puppets of all shapes, sorts and sizes.
Mornings 10am – 1pm (includes performance of Red Riding Hood)
Afternoons 2pm – 5pm (includes performance of The Animal Story) Session tickets: Adults £12, Children/Seniors £10, Family ticket, 4 people, £38
Playing Puppets Pop In
A chance for adults and older children to follow the puppet trail, meet local puppeteers, try out some table top puppet makes, watch pop up performances and take in the atmosphere and history of the beautiful 200 year old Theatre. Their special back stage bar will be open so pop in and play. FREE 6pm – 8pm
