Thank you and well done to everyone who auditioned for the Albatross project last week.
Casting will be announced this week - by Friday 31st January at the latest, depending on casting decision in Nairobi, Kenya.
The deadline for Albatross participation is TOMORROW. Forms must be returned to the school office by 3pm tomorrow (Friday 17th January).
Albatross auditions will occur next week during lunchtime. Below you can download the audition scripts and song lyrics.
Miss Rusbatch is planning to host a concert for musically talented children throughout the school. The concerts will be an opportunity for musicians to perform on stage in front of an audience. The school choirs, orchestra, small ensembles and soloists will be encouraged to perform.
If you, as a parent, would like your child to perform on their instrument, please contact Miss Rusbatch.
The Spring Concert will take place on Wednesday 19th March. More details coming soon...
The Year 6 band 'Checkpoint' kindly agreed to help Miss Rusbatch for her current university MA project. The children wrote and performed their own song called You Don't Live Twice. Here's the result:
