Your performances of Somewhere Over the Rainbow and Hound Dog were brilliant. Thanks also to our teacher Paul Richards.
4R and 4W, you're up next with ukulele lessons starting in the summer term. Your ukulele concerts will take place at the beginning of July. Battle of the Bands 2014WOW - what a final! Congratulations to everyone who took part and to our joint winning bands - I.N.C and The Outlaws.

Ukulele Concerts and Battle of the Bands FINALGood luck to all of the children in 4M and 4B who will be performing in their ukulele concert tomorrow, in front of an audience of parents and school children.
Good luck also to all of the children involved in tomorrow's Battle of the Bands Final. All music clubs and Albatross rehearsals are cancelled during the final week of this term (week beginning 31st March) because Miss Rusbatch will be on the Isle of Wight with the Year 5 children.
Mega Choir has already finished for this term due to the school closure this Wednesday. However, the final Super Choir, Albatross and Orchestra sessions will be THIS week. All music clubs and rehearsals will recommence the week beginning 14th April 2014. On Tuesday afternoon, 4M and 4B will be demonstrating their newly acquired ukulele skills on stage in front of an audience. They've been rehearsing for 9 weeks. Good luck kids!

Tickets are required to watch the final - £1.00 adults and £0.50 children over 3. Tickets will be available from the school office from Monday 17th March 2014. Two tickets will be reserved for each of the 52 children who are participating in the final. These tickets will only be held from Monday 17th March until 3.30pm Wednesday 19th March. Any remaining tickets will then go on general sale from Thursday 20th March. The Top 12 Bands are:
